Rental Application - Please make sure to complete your application in full. Apartments are on a first come, first serve basis. It will take us two business days to process your application. When this is complete, you will be notified of the next step in the application process. (If approved, a date and time to meet with our Rental Manager will be made to sign apartment lease, receive apartment keys and pay the security deposit and first month's rent)
- Rental Verification Form - If you are currently renting, please complete the top section of this form and then pass it to your current management company to complete and fax back to us.
* Be sure to include your $50.00 application fee in the form of Money Order or a Cashier's Check payable to The Edward Tiffey Company.
* All adults seeking to move into a 1 or 2-bedroom must submit a rental application.
